CheckMyIQScore is a small, self-service tool rather than a commercial vendor, so the enquiries we are able to answer are specific:
- Test questions — a question, answer key or scoring detail on the IQ test that seems unclear or incorrect.

Telephone enquiries are answered during United States business hours. Email is usually the quicker route for readers outside those hours.
